Late fee: $25 late arrival fee, you have a 15 minute grace before fee is applied.

-Late Cancellation fee: 24 hour cancellation are accepted. The fee is 50% of the services scheduled. Fee debited from card on file./ or sent cia electronic payment

-No Call/No Show: 100% of service scheduled. Fee debited from card on file. 

If fees are not paid you will be blocked and will not be able to book in the future.
